Prasquier: anti-Semitic acts “have not disappeared entirely”

Anti-Semitic acts “generally take place in the course of ordinary day-to-day activities, in particular at school or in certain neighbourhoods that are recycling grounds for the old stereotypes of grass-roots anti-Semitism”. In this regard, Richard Prasquier is “pleased with the initiatives taken by the President of the Republic, Nicolas Sarkozy, whose entire government is heavily involved in fighting anti-Semitism” and he approves “the security measures” put in place, in particular for the Jewish festivals.
