Press release - Court judges Legal irresponsibility of the murderer of Sarah Halimi

 

Following the decision of the Paris Court of Appeal saying that the murderer of Sarah Halimi is not criminally responsible, Crif expresses its support and solidarity to the family of Sarah Halimi, prevented from mourning by this decision.

 

Crif expresses its dismay and indignation.

 

Francis Kalifat, president of Crif wonders: "Is an antisemitic crime the only crime excused by the justice for the fact of massive taking of narcotic drugs, whereas in all the other cases, it is an aggravating cause?".
