Cybercrimes and digital evidences at the National School of the Judiciary and Court Officers (ENM)

The National School of Magistrates in Paris held a training seminar on the topic of cybercrime and digital evidences.

 

The conference took place under the direction of Miriam Quémener, Magistrate, legal Adviser of the Prefect, in charge of the fight against cyberthreats, and Adel Jomni, research professor at the University of Montpellier, Director of the diploma "Cybercrime and Justice. "

 

Several topics were discussed by judges, lawyers, specialists and experts, as investigation of cybercrimes, liability of technical service providers and public-private cooperation, cybercrime and financial frauds, counterfeiting in the Darknet's depths, and Cyberterrorism issues.

 

Press offenses via the Internet were the subject of a presentation by Marc Knobel, who intervened to speak more specifically of the expression of racism and anti-Semitism, with the different variants : acts (threats, violence and discriminations), phobias, stereotypes/prejudices ...
